JAHORINA HOSTING PARTIZAN SCHOOL OF FOOTBALL


Two-week Partizan school of football kicked-off at OC Jahorina football pitches yesterday and it`s going to be attended by almost 200 youngsters from Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Austria, Swityerland, Germany, France and Canada over two shifts,
This kids footie camp is a result of partnership between Unis Tours agency from Banja Luka, Partizan FC, OC Jahorina and local Kosuta Hotel, with primary objective being popularization of the beautiful game.
Among other things, we were lead by idea to see as many kids possible attending famous Partizan youth school, and the mission of this gathering is education, friendship and kids football skills development under the watchful eye of coaches from one of the best youth academies in Europe – said Unis Tours Banja Luka agency Director, Zoran Preradovic, not forgetting to mention that cordial support for this camp project came from Family, Youth and Sport Ministry of Republic of Srpska, lead by Minister Proka Dragosavljevic.
OC Jahorina Director, Branko Koroman, stated that this Olympic Games mountain confirms this Summer what it can offer all year around and that society he is heading is entering a great investmeny cycle, with final objective being new and upgraded contents, making overall offer richer.
- This camp is part of the story of Jahorina development and I`m convinced this is going to become a tradition. It`s an homour and priviledge to have partenrship with Partizan, club with best organisation in Balkans, and that`s additional guarantee of massive steps forward- said Koroman.
Bosnia and Hercegovina FA Vice-President, Bogdan Ceko, stated that Partizan, as such, confirms its readiness to help Republic of Srpska and Bosnia`s football development.
- Jahorina officially becomes region`s sports centre via top quality camp`s in two mass sports – football and basketball. Camp organisers deserve all the praise, as this kind of schools are base of football development all over Europe and it`s impressing that leader of such activity in expert part is great and super organised Partizan FC – said Ceko, adding that „those who didn`t see Partizan Sports Centre in Belgrade, cannot be able to understand what modern sports centre in our region stands for“.
At the camp`s opening ceremony, attended by Republic of Srpska FA representatives, we also heard from Partizan youth academy coach, Vanja Radinovic, who announced „the highest level of expertise watching over camp`s participants“.
This is a chance for kids to meet with way of life in a family called Partizan and those who present us with greatest talent will surely be watched in their further development and door will open for them to become active member of our club in the future-said Radinović.
By the way, camp`s focus is on a dribbling and shooting and it` been announced that Radonovic will be joined by coaches Goran Serafimović, Radovan Vranić, Nikola Jelić, Nikola Filipović, Nikola Drakulić, Darko Tešović, Milan Ristić, Dragan Obradović and Saša Ćurčić, while all action will be watched by Partizan Youth School Scout, Dusan Trbojevic, Republic of Srpska Youth Selections Director Branko Lazarevic, Co-ordinator Ratko Radovanovic and Youth Selection Coach Vlado Kotur.
As camp promoters we have Partizan senior side squadsters – Ivan Obradović, Adem Ljajić, Rajko Brežančić, Srđa Knežević, Marko Jovanović and Nemanja Tomić, all of whom graduated from Partizan youth scheme.
KIDS FROM KOSOVO AND METOHIJA
Partizan school of football reps underlined presence of some 15 kids from Serbian enclaves in Kosovo and Metohija at Jahorina, for a second camp shift.
We are glad youngsters from Kosovo and Metohija will be part of this manifestation.
GIANNI CURCIC AND THE MEADOW
Former Partizan player and ex-Yugoslavia international, Sasa „Gianni“ Curcic, was the top star of yesterday`s ceremony and stated how glad he is to be part of Jahorina story hoping that „all kids will get a bit of a feel of such great football club as Partizan is“.
I`m not up for big talk. I`d like us to get to the point and get to know each other on the field. After all, green meadow is the criterion of everything– said Curcic, greeted with ovations and massive applause from his litle mates at Partizan School of Football.
