The Black and Whites managed to snatch fabulous away victory against , beating the Euroleague Top 8 rival 77:85 in a thriller match with unexpected twist!

The start of the match was marked by quick plays with lots of rushed possessions which resulted in many turnovers on both sides and after three minute of play the score was 2:3. Then, hosts make a double-triple combo while the Black and White guys could not score on the other end of the court which resulted in an 8:0 run from the guys in yellow jerseys and Vujošević called time-out. tried to wake up his teammates with two consecutive three point shots while Pnini was unmistakeable on the other side 16:9. Maccabi team continuously played well defensively and scored on almost every possession for supposedly insurmountable lead after the first quarter of 27:12.

The second quarter started with a 7:1 run from Maccabi and BC players found it quite hard to score in those moments. However, Kecman, who was fantastic tonight, shouted out another wake up call for his fellows for 36:18. The guys from Belgrade then started playing more aggressive and tamed Israeli a bit for 41:29. Yet, whatever they did they could not go under a double digit lead the host sovereignly held and only scored a buzzer for 46:32 at the half.

The Black and Whites made a break in Tel Aviv and started the Euroleague quarter-final series with a win.
