Zone 8 Basketball team earns provincials title
At the recent Under 16 Provincial Basketball Championship, the Zone 8 team claimed the gold medal in Prince Albert. The team featured a Melfort and area flavour, as it was coached by Penny Anderson and had five players from Melfort and two from Kinistino at the Championship from July 17 to 19.
